3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree:

• To submit only truthful, accurate, and personally owned information.
• To use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not to use the Service for any fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with the Service.

Opt-In Agreement

By entering your phone number and submitting the verification form, you consent to receive SMS notifications from Bravaro.

Opt-Out

You may unsubscribe from SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at support@bravaro.org.

Privacy Commitment

Your phone number will be used exclusively for verification communications and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Termination

Bravaro reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason including suspected misuse or non-compliance.

8. Disclaimer

Bravaro is not an employer, lender, housing authority, or licensing agency. We provide a neutral verification platform and are not responsible for the outcome or decisions made by any third party.

9. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

9.1 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute or claim relating to your use of the Service will be resolved through final and binding arbitration, not in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement.

9.2 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve any disputes with Bravaro individually and not as part of a class, collective, or representative proceeding.

9.3 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (or insert your entity’s registered state), without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
